My Favorite Keto Snacks
Now even though this page is dedicated to store bought snacks, while on Keto I highly recommend using them sparingly and focus on healthy snacks you make at home yourself. I use store bought snacks as an occasional treat, not something you turn to daily. This is probably the best advise I can give if you are low carbing. You do not want your days chomping away on goodies just because it says Keto friendly. This will not help your weight loss results if you don't treat it like a snack is suppose to be treated and be aware of serving sizes as well.
Keto snacks are convenient and can be very helpful in terms of staying on the Keto diet and no depriving yourself of an occasional treat that taste good. Also, the more cheese crips or cracker type is a great way to still enjoy a Keto dip without reaching for the high carb breads and crackers. You can even add crunchy cheese crisp to your salad to give it a crouton feel to enjoy. Wraps can be used for crisping up to make quick pizzas and cheese rolls, sandwiches and so much more.
Please use snacks sparingly. While I know the benefit of grabbing a keto snack verse a bag of potato chips I use Keto Snacks as an occasional treat. Do not get use to them as a means to change your lifestyle. I just think that does not work in the long run. But great in a pinch, for keeping with goals, especially while traveling to avoid temptation. And can be a huge help at beginning of doing Keto to trick your brain as you are giving up sugar that you are not "suffering". I literally will make a high protein chocolate smoothie blended with ice and I am convinced i am just having a yummy shake.
Keto Smoothie Recipes
Here are some of my favorite keto-friendly store snacks:
Almonds or Macadamia Nuts – High in healthy fats and low in carbs, perfect for a quick keto boost.
Cheese Crisps or Crunchy Cheese Snacks – Satisfy that salty craving while staying keto-approved.
Beef Jerky or Turkey Jerky (Low-Sugar) – Protein-packed, convenient, and flavorful for on-the-go.
Pork Rinds – Crunchy, zero-carb, and perfect for dipping or snacking.
Dark Chocolate (85% or higher) – A little indulgence that’s low in sugar and keto-friendly.
Nut Butter Packs – Almond, macadamia, or peanut butter in single-serve packs for portion control.
Keto Bars – Look for bars with high fat, moderate protein, and low net carbs.
Olives or Pickles – Salty, savory, and low in carbs — perfect for a quick bite.
Seaweed Snacks – Crunchy, savory, and low-carb with added minerals.
Cheese Sticks or String Cheese – Convenient, protein-rich, and satisfying.
Moderation is key: These snacks are meant to support your keto lifestyle, not replace whole meals.
Check labels: Some store-bought items may contain hidden carbs or sugars.
Plan ahead: Keep snacks on hand to prevent temptation from high-carb foods.
Mix and match: Combine protein, fat, and fiber to stay full longer and avoid blood sugar spikes.
By keeping a few keto-friendly snacks stocked in your pantry or fridge, you can stay on track with your low-carb goals while still enjoying tasty, satisfying treats. Remember: keto snacks are a tool, not a crutch, and when used thoughtfully, they can make your journey easier, more enjoyable, and sustainable.
